This training covers the benefits of using active travel including walking, cycling and scooting while knowing how children can keep safe and avoid road related injuries. The session provides information on safety issues for primary and secondary aged children and best practice when promoting and encouraging active travel within the school community. The training is delivered across Healthy Lifestyles and UIP health areas.
