This half day training session looks at how we can engage with young people, free from assumptions about gender, relationships, sex and sexuality.
Designed for SLT, PSHE and pastoral leads, this session focuses on your school setting and what we can do to consider and include the needs of young LGB and trans pupils in your setting. We will look at policies, strategies and whole-school approaches to inclusion, finishing the day by developing an action plan to take back in to school with you.
