A year long programme consisting of three standalone sessions, and one reflection session. Participants will get the most out of the programme if they can attend all four sessions, although individual modules can be signed up for.
Two years into statutory RSE, we are keen to offer experienced practitioners space to reflect, and develop their knowledge, skills, and values. Sessions will be facilitated, and collaborative, with follow up tasks throughout the year set to encourage development. Participants will be highly encouraged to reflect, feedback, and bring themes in from previous sessions. Pre-session reading will be set, and whilst it isn’t compulsory, it will benefit all participants if they engage with the material.
Participants attending the full suite of sessions will develop and complete a CPD portfolio to take back into their school setting along with an Advanced RSE Practitioner award and training record.
