Unintentional Injury Prevention: An introduction

Course description

This session explores the area of injury prevention, looking at the different interventions for different age groups. It examines the 'Why?' (many believe accidents are part of growing up) and the 'How?' ( the majority of serious accidents are completely preventable.) It will seek to look at who is at most risk and what schools can do to support injury prevention.


PARTICIPANTS

This course is open to all staff who work within a school setting.
