Social and Emotional Health Development Training

Course description

This staff CPD session addresses the importance of a whole-school approach in promoting the development of Social and Emotional Health skills and well being. The training will address influencing factors that affect Social and Emotional Health and will include information, and guidance on what works within a school context including evidence based effective guidance, practice and resources. This session will also incorporate an introduction to the new 'The Way We Feel' Social and Emotional Health intervention resource created by Healthy Schools. 


Participants

This course is open to all staff who work within a school setting.


Cost

This course is free of charge to schools that have prioritised Social and Emotional Health through the 2019/20 Health Check.
